The Big IRA Book

Bob Keebler, Cecil Smith and Carol Gonnella have joined forces to produce a book which will serve as a single resource for everything an advisor will need to help his or her clients answer that most important question: Who Should Be the Beneficiary of your IRA? This book is a guide to help you advise your clients about the answer to this question without having to go to one source for IRS tables for minimum distribution rules, another source for Private Letter Rulings, another source for what the great commentators are recommending and still another source for the necessary forms. This book is intended as a tool for attorneys, CPAs, financial advisors, insurance professionals and trust officers to help their clients understand the complex choices of beneficiary designations. It may also be helpful to lay persons who like to know all they can about their choices as to Who Should be the Beneficiary of their IRA.

Don’t Make the Big IRA Mistake

Most IRA owners have not been informed of the many options as to who should be the beneficiary of their IRA (or other retirement plans). Because of this lack of information (1) they are not maximizing the power of compound tax-deferred growth of their accounts to turn even a modest IRA into Millions, and (2) their IRA beneficiary designations may not have been structured to protect their beneficiaries from their creditors, lawsuits and divorce proceedings.  If you want (1) your IRA to go to your intended beneficiaries, (2) to have your IRA grow into a fortune, (3) to have your IRA protected from your family’s creditors, (4) have your IRA protected from your beneficiaries’ divorcing spouses and ex-spouses, THIS IS THE BOOK FOR YOU! The information and graphically illustrated flowcharts in this book will open your eyes to the amazing possibilities.
